Become a Winemaker for a Day and discover the art of blending through an immersive experience that combines nature, winemaking, and creativity.Your journey begins with a guided walk through our vineyards and olive groves, where you'll learn the story of Guanajuato's first winery and the unique landscape that gives life to our wines.

The experience continues with a visit to the iconic Torre de Tierra viewpoint, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Independence Valley, followed by a guided tour of our winery and barrel cellar, where you'll discover the winemaking process from grape harvest and fermentation to barrel aging and bottling.Next, enjoy a traditional horse-drawn wagon ride through the vineyards before taking part in our exclusive Winemaker Workshop. 

Guided by our wine specialists, you'll taste four different grape varietals and learn the art of blending, creating your own unique wine while discovering how each varietal contributes its own aromas, structure, and personality.The experience concludes with a tasting of regional cheeses and fine charcuterie, and you'll take home a personalized bottle of the wine you created—a unique keepsake from your visit to Cuna de Tierra.
